Marion Raven is a Norwegian singer and songwriter. She was half of pop duo M2M, with Marit Larsen . She is also known as Marion Ravn.
Marion is the daughter of Hallgeir Johan and Reidun Agathe Medhus Ravn.
Marion’s paternal grandfather was Endre Johansen (the son of Johan Nikolai Nilssen and Hilda Josefine Endresdatter). Endre was born in Steine, Bø, Nordland. Johan was the son of Nils Olai Amundsen and Johanne Dortea Nilsdatter. Hilda was the daughter of Endre Johansen and Margrethe Marie Jakobsen.
Marion’s paternal grandmother was Ragnhild Marie Jensine Skog (the daughter of Peder Marelius Martinusen/Skog and Penny Andrea Olufsdatter). Ragnhild was born in Bø, Nordland. Peder was the son of Martinus Berg Pettersen and Oline Gurine Olsdatter Pettersen. Penny was the daughter of Oluf Johan Mørk Olaussen and Birgitte Emelie Paulsen.
