Max Huang is a German-Indonesian actor, martial artist, and stunt performer. He lives in Taiwan. His roles include the films CZ12 , Police Story 2013 , Outcast (2014), Dragon Blade , Time Raiders , Mortal Kombat (2021), and its sequel, Mortal Kombat II (2026); and Hidden Strike . When working in the Chinese film industry, he took on the Chinese name Huang You-liang (黃又亮).
His father is Indonesian conductor Noorman Widjaja. His mother is German. His brother is stuntperson, stunt coordinator, and actor Lee Huang. He is a cousin of German-born violinist Iskandar Widjaja. Max was on the German national wushu team, and was a member of the Jackie Chan Stunt Team.
Max’s paternal grandfather was composer Udin Widjaja.
