Maya Hawke, also known as Maya Thurman-Hawke, is an American actress, model, singer, and songwriter. She is known for her roles on the show Stranger Things , in the mini-series Little Women (2017) and The Good Lord Bird , and in the films Ladyworld , Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood , Human Capital , Mainstream , Italian Studies , Fear Street Part One: 1994 , Do Revenge , and Asteroid City .
She is the daughter of actress and model Uma Thurman and actor and filmmaker Ethan Hawke . Her brother is model and actor Levon Hawke . Maya is married to singer and songwriter Christian Lee Hutson.
Maya’s paternal grandfather is James Steven Hawke (the son of Frank Taylor Hawke and Betty Virginia Hartsock). James was born in Illinois, to parents from Warren County, Ohio. Frank was the son of Ronald M. Hawke and Edith S. Mosher. Betty was the daughter of Herbert Clark “Bert” Hartsock and Winifred/Winifrede E. Macy.
