Mia Rose Frampton is an American actress. Her roles include the films That’s What I Am , G.B.F. , Tammy (2014), Hope Springs Eternal , and Coast (2022); and the series Make It or Break It .

She is the daughter of Christina Elfers and singer Peter Frampton . Her father is English. Her mother is American, and has German ancestry.

Mia’s paternal grandfather was Owen Gordon Frampton (the son of Sydney Lewis D. Frampton and Kate A. Peerless). Sydney was the son of Sydney Peter Frampton and Emily Martha Knight Jarvis.

Mia’s paternal grandmother was Peggy G. Ffitch (the daughter of parents surnamed Ffitch and Taylor).

Mia’s maternal grandfather was Robert J. Elfers (who likely was the son of Joseph Bernard Elfers and Edna Rose Westendorf).
