Michael Weston is an American television and film actor.
He is the son of actors Judi West and John Rubinstein. His father is of half Ashkenazi Jewish and half Polish (Catholic) ancestry.
Michael is married to singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Priscilla Ahn . The couple has two children.
Michael’s paternal grandfather was Arthur Rubinstein (the son of Izaak/Icyk Rubinstein and Felicja Blima Fajga Heiman/Hajman). Arthur was a legendary classical pianist. He born in Łódź, Poland, to Polish Jewish parents. Izaak was born in Pułtusk, Mazovia, Poland, the son of Szlama Rubinstein and Jenta Rubinstein. Michael’s great-grandmother Felicja was also born in Łódź, the daughter of Yechiel/Ichel Heiman/Heyman/Gajman and Dwojra Dobraniecka.
Michael’s paternal grandmother was Aniela “Nela” Młynarska (the daughter of Emil Szymon Młynarski h. Belina and Anna/Ana Talko-Hryncewicz h. Iłgowski/Grincevicius/Grinceviciute). Aniela was Roman Catholic. She was born in Vilnius, Lithuania, to parents of Polish ancestry. Emil was born in Kybartai, Vilkaviškis District Municipality, Marijampolė County, the son of Kazimierz Młynarski h. Belina and Fryderyka Birnbroth. Michael’s great-grandmother Anna was the daughter of Henryk/Henrikas Talko Grincevičius/Talko-Hryncewicz h. Iłgowski and Anna Alina Rymkiewicz.
Michael’s maternal grandfather was James Lawson West (the son of Alonzo Marion West and Mary Francis Cravens). Lawson was born in Scottsburg, Scott, Indiana.
