Nasiba Zeynalova was an Azerbaijani and Soviet actress. She was awarded People’s Artist of Azerbaijan SSR.
Her father, Jahangir Zeynalov, was a merchant and stage actor. Her family left for Iran, before the Azeri massacre of March 1918 by Bolshevik troops. Her father died that year during their trip home on the Caspian Sea. Her son is actor Jahangir Novruzov.
