Nigar Jamal is an English-Azerbaijani singer. She won the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 for Azerbaijan, with Eldar Gasimov . The two were members of the duo Ell & Nikki, also known as Eldar & Nigar. She is an activist of the Make Roads Safe movement. She is also known as Nikki Jamal.
Nigar moved to London, England, in 2005. She is married to Haluk Cemal, with whom she has two children. Haluk is of Turkish Cypriot origin.
