Nina Morić is a Croatian-Italian model, and singer. She won the 1996 Elite “Look of the Year” contest in Croatia, and became known worldwide in 1999 when she starred in Ricky Martin’s music video for “Livin’ la Vida Loca.”
Nina is the daughter of Vranka and Mirko Morić, a mathematician. She has a son, Carlos Maria, with her former husband, Italian media personality and entrepreneur Fabrizio Corona. She has become an Italian citizen, through her long-standing career and residency in the country.
Nina’s maternal grandfather was Jozo Renić (the son of Pave Renić/Renjić and Vranjka Mamić). Jozo was born in Renići. Pave was born in Renići, the son of Petar Renjić/Renić and Iva Matić. Vranjka was the daughter of Nikola Mamić and Mara Ćurić.
Nina’s maternal grandmother was Mara Ivančić (the daughter of Anđelko Ivančić and Anđa Renic). Anđelko was the son of Jakov Ivančić and Jela Mamić, who was from Korita. Anđa was the daughter of Petar Renjić/Renić, who was from Renići; and of Luca Renjić/Pavić, who was from Rašeljke.
