An interview with Noel stated , “His father’s side is from Britain with a bit of Eastern European thrown in; his mother, although born in Ohio, is from good, pale Irish and Scottish stock.”
He is married to actress Layla Alizada, who was born in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Noel’s maternal grandfather’s surname was Adams.
Noel’s maternal grandmother was Marilyn Darlene Flaker (the daughter of Clarence Nathan Flaker/Pfleger and Grace E. Plummer). Clarence was the son of Phillip Flaker/Pfleger, whose parents were German; and of Mary C. Riegel, whose mother was German. Grace was the daughter of John Wesley Plummer and Mary J. Nunley.
