Omar Sy is a French actor and comedian. Very popular in France, he is known for his roles in the films The Intouchables and Two Is a Family , and the series Service après-vente des émissions and Lupin .
His parents, Diariyatou Dia and Semba Sy, are African, his father from Senegal, of Fula ethnicity, and his mother from Mauritania. Omar is a Muslim. He is married to Hélène, with whom he has five children. Hélène runs non-profit CéKeDuBonheur, supporting children’s wards at hospitals, and Siyah Organics, an organic-food-supplements company.
