Paolo Guerrero is a Peruvian professional footballer. A striker, he plays for Alianza Lima, and the Peru national team. He was previously with Bayern Munich II, Bayern Munich, Hamburger SV, Corinthians, Flamengo, Internacional, Avaí, Racing Club, LDU Quito, and Universidad César Vallejo.
He is the son of Petronila Gonzáles and José Guerrero. His brother is professional footballer Julio Rivera (Julio César Rivera González). His uncle was international goalkeeper José González Ganoza, who died in the 1987 Alianza Lima air disaster. Paolo is Catholic.
