Pat Sheehan was an American actress and model. She was Miss San Francisco of 1950, and Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for October 1958. She was a contract player for NBC, and appeared on the shows Queen for a Day , The Colgate Comedy Hour , The NBC Comedy Hour , The Milton Berle Show , and Matinee Theater . She was also known as Patricia Sheehan Crosby.
Pat was the daughter of Gladys Annette and Arthur Edmund Sheehan. Her father was from Brockport, Massachusetts, and was of Irish descent. Her mother was from Bridgeport, Connecticut, the daughter of Swedish parents. She had a son with her former husband George von Duuglas-Ittu; and two children with her former husband, singer and actor Dennis Crosby, who also adopted her son. Dennis was the son of singer and actor Bing Crosby .
Pat’s paternal grandfather was Walter T. Sheehan (the son of Cornelius Sheehan/Shehan and Catharine Fitzgerald). Walter was born in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Cornelius was an Irish emigrant, from Glanmire, County Cork, and was the son of Timothy Shehan and Margaret. Catharine was born in Dover, New Hampshire, the daughter of Timothy Fitzgerald and Judidth, who was Irish.
Pat’s paternal grandmother was Margaret Ann Smith (the daughter of Edward J. Smith and Mary Jane O’Reilly). Margaret was born in Amesbury Mills, Massachusetts, to Irish emigrant parents, from County Kildare. Edward was the son of William P. Smith and Margaret. Mary Jane was the daughter of Michael O’Reilly and Catherine Kelly.
Pat’s maternal grandfather was named John Benjamin Larson. John was born in Västra Götaland, Sweden.
Pat’s maternal grandmother was named Anna Christine Johnson.
