Patrick Kane is an American professional ice hockey player. A right wing, he plays for the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League (NHL); and was with the U.S. national team. He has also played for the Chicago Blackhawks, EHC Biel of the National League (NL), and the New York Rangers. He was the first overall pick in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft, where he was selected by the Blackhawks.
Patrick is the son of Donna and Patrick Kane. He has a son with his partner Amanda Grahovec.
