Patrik Eliáš is a Czech professional ice hockey player. A left wing, he played for Poldi SONP Kladno, for twenty seasons with the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League (NHL), LTC Pardubice of the Czech Extraliga, JME Znojemští Orli of the 2nd Czech Republic Hockey League, and Metallurg Magnitogorsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL); and was with the Czech Republic national team. He won two Stanley Cups with the Devils; and is the Devils’ leader in points, goals, and assists, also holding their record for most career game-winning goals.

Patrik began playing in the U.S. in 1994. He is married to Petra Volakova, with whom he has two children. Patrik became a U.S. citizen in 2018.
