Paulie Malignaggi is an American professional boxer, and boxing commentator and analyst. He held the IBF junior welterweight title from 2007 to 2008, and the WBA (Regular) welterweight title from 2012 to 2013. He is also known as “Magic Man.”
He was born in Brooklyn, to Sicilian parents. He lived in Syracuse, Sicily with his family from when he was a baby, until the age of six. His first language is Italian.
