Phoebe Dynevor is a British actress. She is known for her roles on the series Waterloo Road , Prisoners’ Wives , The Village , The Musketeers , Dickensian , Snatch , Younger , and Bridgerton , in the films The Colour Room , Bank of Dave , Fair Play (2023), and Inheritance (2025), and in the music video “Camera.”

She is the daughter of screenwriter Tim Dynevor and actress Sally Dynevor (born Sally Jane Whittaker).

Phoebe’s paternal grandfather was director and actor Gerard Dynevor (born Charles Gerard Dynevor, the son of Frank Dynevor and Edythe Stella Pratt). Gerard was born in Cardiff, Wales.

Phoebe’s paternal grandmother was actress Shirley Teague (born Shirley E. Teague, the daughter of Hedley Ernest Teague and Annie Louisa/Nancy Sutton). Shirley was born in Cardiff, Wales. Hedley was a landscape gardener, and was the son of James Henry Teague and Bridget Margaret Donnelly, who was Irish. Nancy was a nurse.
