Quincy Pondexter is an American professional basketball player. A small forward and shooting guard, he played for the New Orleans Hornets, the Memphis Grizzlies, the New Orleans Pelicans, the Chicago Bulls, and the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is assistant coach at Washington. He was previously assistant coach at USC. He is 6′7″.

His father, Roscoe Pondexter, is also a professional basketball player, as is his uncle, Clifton Pondexter.

Quincy’s paternal grandfather was named Roscoe Pondexter (the son of Rosie Prater). Roscoe was born in Arkansas. Rosie was the daughter of Charlie Reynolds “Reno” Prater and Rebecca Bishop.
