Renata Litvinova is a Russian actress, film director, and screenwriter. She has co-written the films Tractor Drivers 2 , Three Stories (1997), and Two in One ; and directed and written the films Goddess: How I fell in Love , Rita’s Last Fairy Tale , and The North Wind . She has also starred in all of the above but the firstmentioned; as well as in the films The Tuner , Dead Man’s Bluff , It Doesn’t Hurt Me , Jolly Fellows , Generation P , The Girl and Death , and About Love .

She was born in Moscow, the daughter of Alisa Mikhailovna Litvinova and Murat Aminovich Vergazov, who were doctors. Her father is a Volga Tatar. Her mother is Russian. Renata has a daughter with her former husband, businessperson Leonid Dobrovsky. She resides in Paris, France.
