Rob Delaney is an American comedian, actor, writer, and activist.
He is the son of Nancy and Robert Delaney. He is married to Leah, with whom he has had four children. Rob has spent considerable time living in the U.K. as an adult.
Rob’s paternal grandfather was William Edward Delaney (the son of Joseph Andrew Delaney and Ellen F. Beasty). William was born in Boston, Massachusetts. Joseph was the son of Irish parents, Patrick Delaney and Bridget Mullen. Ellen was also the daughter of Irish parents, from Bekan, County Mayo, John W. Beasty and Mary A. Comber.
Rob’s paternal grandmother was Phyllis A. Neal (the daughter of Burton West Neal, Jr. and Ann Elizabeth Keenan). Phyllis was born in Massachusetts.
