Robert Prosky was an American actor. He was also known as Robert Józef Prosky.
Robert was the son of Helen (Kuhn) and Joseph J. Porzuczek. He was married to Ida Hove, until his death, with whom he had three children; including actors John Prosky and Andy Prosky.
Robert’s paternal grandfather was John Charles Porzuczek (the son of Stanley Porzuczek and Rosa Soja). John was born in Poland.
Robert’s paternal grandmother was Mary Anna Majewska (the daughter of Wojcieh “Albert” Majewski and Katarzyna/Catharine Dziak). Mary was born in Poland.
Robert’s maternal grandfather was Joseph Kuhn (the son of Adam Kuhn and Helen Hubert). Joseph was Polish. His parents were from Gdańsk.
Robert’s maternal grandmother was Anna Wojziechowski (the daughter of Andrew Wojciehowski and Mary/Aleany Lewandowski). Anna was born in Pennsylvania, to Polish parents.
