Roberto Mancini is an Italian professional footballer, and manager. A forward and attacking midfielder, he played for Bologna, Sampdoria, Lazio, and Leicester City, and the Italy national team. He manages Al-Sadd. He previously managed Fiorentina, Lazio, Inter Milan, Manchester City, Galatasaray, Zenit Saint Petersburg, the Italy national team, and the Saudi Arabia national team.
He is the son of Marianna Puolo and Aldo Mancini. His father is from Jesi, and his mother is from Roccadaspide, Salerno, Campania. He has three children, including professional footballers Filippo Mancini and Andrea Mancini, with his wife Federica Morelli.
