Sadie Sink is an American actress. She played Maxine “Max” Mayfield on the show Stranger Things . Her roles also include the films Chuck , The Glass Castle (2017), Dominion (2018), Eli (2019), Fear Street Part Two: 1978 , Fear Street Part Three: 1666 , The Whale (2022), Dear Zoe , A Sacrifice (2024), and O’Dessa ; and the show American Odyssey .
She is the daughter of Lori, a math teacher, and Casey Sink, a football coach.
