Sandra is a German pop singer. She was a member of all-female disco trio Arabesque, and provided vocals for musical project Enigma, the latter founded by her former husband, musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer Michael Crețu . She is also known as Sandra Cretu.
She is the daughter of Karin (Eltern), who was German, and worked in a shore store, and Robert Lauer, who was French, and owned a wine store in Saarbrücken. Sandra has two children with Michael Crețu. The two collaborated on many of her songs.
