Scott Brady was an American film and television actor. Known for his appearances in westerns, his roles included the films He Walked by Night , The Gal Who Took the West , Kansas Raiders , Untamed Frontier , Montana Belle , Johnny Guitar , The Law vs. Billy the Kid , Gentlemen Marry Brunettes , Mohawk (1956), Terror at Midnight , Operation Bikini , Stage to Thunder Rock , Red Tomahawk , Fort Utah , Hell’s Bloody Devils , The China Syndrome , Strange Behavior , and Gremlins , and the series Shotgun Slade .
He was the son of Mary Alice and Lawrence Hugh Tierney, a a police officer, who was chief of the New York City Aqueduct Police force. His brothers were actors Lawrence Tierney and Edward Tierney. He was partly raised in Westchester County, New York. Scott was married to Mary Lizabeth Tirony, until his death, with whom he had two children.
