Scott Cawthon is an American video game developer, writer, and producer. He is known for creating the Five Nights at Freddy’s video games and franchise. He co-wrote Five Nights at Freddy’s and wrote Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 , the games’ film adaptations.
He is a Christian, and began his career making self-funded Christian adventure games. He is married, and has six children, including author Braden Cawthon.
