A point guard, he played for Paris Basketball of the LNB Élite. He is also known as Kid Khadi, Wes, Sheck Jesus, Young Sheck Wes, and Mudboy.
His parents are of Senegalese origin. He was raised Muslim, and grew up in Harlem, and in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
