Silvana Gallardo was an American actress, acting coach, and writer. Her roles included the films Windwalker , Death Wish II , Silence of the Heart , Copacabana , Out of the Dark (1988), and Solar Crisis .
Silvana was the daughter of Grace (Mallory) and Edward Francis Gallardo. Her father was born in Florida, to Cuban parents. Her mother was born in Venezuela. She was married to actor Billy Drago , until her death. Her stepson was actor and director Darren E. Burrows .
Silvana had stated , “I’m a quarter Seminole Indian… My paternal grandmother was a full-blooded Indian.”
