Simone Inzaghi is an Italian professional footballer, and coach. He manages Al Hilal. A striker, he has played for Piacenza, Carpi, Novara, Lumezzane, Brescello, Lazio, Sampdoria, and Atalanta, and the Italy national team. He previously managed Lazio and Inter Milan. He is nicknamed “Il demone di Piacenza”/”The Piacenza Demon.”
Simone is the son of Marina and Giancarlo Inzaghi. He is the younger brother of FIFA World Cup winner Filippo “Pippo” Inzaghi, who is also a professional footballer and coach. He is married to Gaia Lucariello. He has a son with his former partner, actress and television presenter Alessia Marcuzzi; and two children with Gaia.
