Sirusho (Սիրուշո) is an Armenian singer and songwriter. She represented Armenia at the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Qélé, Qélé,” and finished 4th.
Sirusho was born in Yerevan, Armenia, the daughter of Hrachya Harutyunyan (Hrachya Kamsari Harutyunyan), an actor and artistic director, and Syuzan Margaryan (Syuzan Hamleti Margaryan), a singer. She is married to Levon Kocharyan, with whom she has three children. Levon is the son of politician Robert Kocharyan, who was Prime Minister of Armenia, from 20 March, 1997 to 10 April, 1998, and President of Armenia, from 9 April, 1998 to 9 April, 2008, as well as, Prime Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh, from August 1992 to 29 December, 1994, and President of Nagorno-Karabakh, from 29 December, 1994 to 20 March, 1997.
