Stefano Sollima is an Italian director and screenwriter. He has directed the films ACAB – All Cops Are Bastards , Suburra , Sicario: Day of the Soldado , Without Remorse , and Adagio (2023), the latter of which he also co-wrote; and the music video for “Distratto.” He has also been a director of the series Un posto al sole , La squadra , Ho sposato un calciatore , Crimes , Romanzo criminale – La serie , Gomorrah , ZeroZeroZero , and The Monster of Florence . He also co-created, and wrote for, ZeroZeroZero and The Monster of Florence , and been a writer of the show Mal’aria .
Stefano is the son of director Sergio Sollima. His father was born in Rome and had Sicilian ancestry.
