Sterling Jerins is an American actress. Her roles include the films World War Z , The Conjuring , And So It Goes , 5 Flights Up , Dark Places , No Escape (2015), The Conjuring 2 , Paterson , Daisy Winters , Boarding School , and The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It , and the show Divorce .

Sterling is the daughter of Alana, an actress, and Edgar Jerins, an artist. Her sister, Ruby Jerins , is also an actress. Her father is from Omaha, Nebraska, and is of Latvian descent. Her mother is from North Carolina, and is from a Jewish family. Sterling’s family belongs to a Conservative Jewish synagogue, which may mean that Sterling’s father converted to Judaism. She was raised Jewish.
