Sven-Göran Eriksson was a Swedish professional footballer and manager. A right-back, he played for Torsby IF, SK Sifhälla, and KB Karlskoga. He managed Degerfors IF, IFK Göteborg, Benfica, Roma, Fiorentina, Sampdoria, Lazio, the England national team, Manchester City, the Mexico national team, the Ivory Coast national team, Leicester City, Guangzhou R&F, Shanghai SIPG, Shenzhen FC, and the Philippines national team.
He was the son of Ella and Sven Eriksson. He had two children with his former wife Ann-Christine Pettersson.
