She was born in Cronulla, the daughter an Australian mother, of Dutch descent, Yvonne (van Hoorn), and an Italian father, Roberto Tozzi. Her sister, Cheyenne Tozzi, is also a model and singer. Tahyna is married to Irish dancer Tristan MacManus, with whom she has a daughter.
Tahnya’s paternal grandmother was born in Alassio, province of Savona, Liguria region, Italy.
Tahyna’s maternal grandparents were Tony van Hoorn and Trudy.
