The Notorious B.I.G. was an American rapper. He was considered one of the greatest MCs of all time, with his unique flow and creative lyrics. He was also known as Biggie Smalls, Biggie, Frank White, Big, Big Poppa, and MC CWest.
The Notorious B.I.G. was born in Brooklyn, to Jamaican emigrant parents, Voletta Wallace and Selwyn George Latore, a politician. His father was from Kingston. His mother was from Trelawny. The Notorious B.I.G was married to singer, songwriter, and actress Faith Evans , until his death. He had a daughter with his former partner Jan Jackson; and a son, actor C. J. Wallace (Christopher Jordan Wallace), with Faith.
He died at the age of twenty four, in an unsolved shooting.
