Toby’s maternal grandfather was surnamed Fitness. He was born in Dublin, Ireland, and was one of the last surviving Irish pilots who fought in the Battle of Britain in WWII.
Toby’s maternal grandmother was surnamed Gasteldello. She was Italian.
