Tomer Capone (תומר קאפון) is an Israeli actor. He is known for playing Serge/Frenchie on the show The Boys . His roles also include the series Galis , Hostages , Dig , Fauda , Der Tel-Aviv-Krimi , Taagad (Charlie Golf One) , Fullmoon , When Heroes Fly , One on One , and Save the Date (Bekarov Etzli) ; and the films A Tale of Love and Darkness , Wedding Doll , One Week and a Day , Entebbe , and Slingshot (2024). His name has also been spelled Tomer Kapon, Tomer Kappon, and Tomer Capon.

Tomer was raised in Rishon LeZion. His parents are business owners. He served as a squad leader in the IDF during the 2006 Lebanon War. He is related to director Shay Capone.

Tomer has said :

I was born into a very basic family, middle class… I’m half Sephardic and half Ashkenazi. Well, you go by your mother, so I guess I’m Ashkenazi… One side came from the horrors of the Holocaust, more religious… My grandfather and grandmother lost a lot of their family members and came from Siberia, Russia, and Poland. The other half is Ladino, Sephardic, more uplifting and loud. So from one side, I learned how to be tough, and from the other, I learned how to be soft.

His Sephardi side is sometimes described as being from Algeria. It is not clear if this is accurate.

Tomer’s paternal grandfather was named Yeshua Shuali Kapon. Yeshua was born in Sliven, Bulgaria.

Tomer’s paternal grandmother’s surname was Malmad.

Tomer’s maternal grandfather was named Shmuel Bodenstein/Bodenshtein. Shmuel was born in Poland.

Tomer’s maternal grandmother was named Zehava Przeticki/Peshtitzky (the daughter of Jankel/Yaakov Dawid/David Przeticki/Peshtitzky). Zehava was born in Poland.
