Tuc Watkins is an American actor. His roles include the shows Sisters , One Life to Live , High Tide , General Hospital , C-16: FBI , Beggars and Choosers , All My Children , Desperate Housewives , Parks and Recreation , Where the Bears Are , Awkward , Major Crimes , Black Monday , The Other Two , Uncoupled , Criminal Minds: Evolution , and Paradise ; the films I Think I Do , The Thin Pink Line , Can’t Stop Dancing , The Mummy (1999), Retake (2016), and The Boys in the Band (2020); and the made-for-tv movie Miracle in Lane 2 .

He has two children.

Tuc’s paternal grandfather was Charles Curtis Watkins (the son of Curtis Gaither Watkins and Maude Amelia Haughawout). Charles was born in Webb City, Missouri, and had deep American roots. Tuc’s great-grandfather Curtis was the son of Lorenzo Dow Watkins and Ermina Williams. Maude was the daughter of Adolphus Ribley Haughawout and Allie May Roney.

Tuc’s paternal grandmother was Margaret Clark Wettach (the daughter of Frank Sheldon Wettach and Lilla Carlotta Clark). Margaret was born Coffeyville, Kansas, and had partly deep American roots. Frank was the son of Johann Gottlieb Wettach, who was a Swiss-German emigrant, from Bern; and of Ella Amanda Allen. Tuc’s great-grandmother Lilla was the daughter of Harding Allen Clark and Lilla Antonia Carpenter.

Tuc’s maternal grandfather was Steve Francis Schneider (the son of Steve William Schneider and Anna Elizabeth Lyons). Tuc’s grandfather Steve was born in Missouri. Tuc’s great-grandfather Steve was the son of John Lawrence Schneider, whose parents were German, from Darmstadt, Hessen; and of Agnes Louisa Byrne, whose father was Irish, and whose mother was English. Tuc’s great-grandmother Anna was the daughter of Daniel R. Lyons, an Irish emigrant, from Kilgarvan, County Kerry; and of Frances L. Smith, who had deep roots in the U.S.

Tuc’s maternal grandmother was Mary Elizabeth Welsh (the daughter of Thomas Nicholas Welsh and Agnes Mary Glynn). Mary Elizabeth was born in Springfield, Missouri. Thomas was the son of Richard Welsh, who was an Irish emigrant, from County Kerry; and of Margaret Elizabeth Sullivan, whose parents were also Irish. Tuc’s great-grandmother Agnes was the daughter of Irish immigrants, Patrick Glynn and Honora Pierce.
