Tuc’s great-grandfather Curtis was the son of Lorenzo Dow Watkins and Ermina Williams. Maude was the daughter of Adolphus Ribley Haughawout and Allie May Roney.
Tuc’s paternal grandmother was Margaret Clark Wettach (the daughter of Frank Sheldon Wettach and Lilla Carlotta Clark). Margaret was born Coffeyville, Kansas, and had partly deep American roots. Frank was the son of Johann Gottlieb Wettach, who was a Swiss-German emigrant, from Bern; and of Ella Amanda Allen. Tuc’s great-grandmother Lilla was the daughter of Harding Allen Clark and Lilla Antonia Carpenter.
Tuc’s maternal grandfather was Steve Francis Schneider (the son of Steve William Schneider and Anna Elizabeth Lyons). Tuc’s grandfather Steve was born in Missouri. Tuc’s great-grandfather Steve was the son of John Lawrence Schneider, whose parents were German, from Darmstadt, Hessen; and of Agnes Louisa Byrne, whose father was Irish, and whose mother was English.
