Vincent Kartheiser is an American actor. His roles include the film Alaska (1996) and the show Mad Men .

He has a son with his former wife, actress and model Alexis Bledel .

Vincent’s paternal grandfather was Ralph Edward Kartheiser (the son of Frank Theodore Kartheiser and Magdalena H. Muench). Ralph was born in Chicago, Cook, Illinois. Frank was born in Chicago, the son of Luxembourgish parents, John Kartheiser, from Stegen, Ermsdorf, Diekirch; and Kathérine Welter, from Haller, Grevenmacher.
