Von Miller is an American professional football player. A linebacker, he plays for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He was previously with the Denver Broncos, the Los Angeles Rams, and the Buffalo Bills. He was voted Super Bowl MVP for Super Bowl 50 (2016).
Von is the son of Gloria Jean and Vonnie B’Sean “Von” Miller, who were college athletes, and own a power supply business. He has created the eyewear charity Von’s Vision. He operates his own farm, raising chickens. Von has two children.
Von’s maternal grandfather was Amett Williams (the son of John Henry Williams and Emma Malone). John was born in Louisiana, the son of John Williams and Carrie Wyley. Emma was the daughter of Angeline and Robert Malone.
Von’s maternal grandmother was Elma Jean Morris (the daughter of Elmo Morris and Estiene Virginia Jones Bishop). Elma was born in Crane County, Texas. Elmo was born in Upshur County, Texas, the son of George Washington Morris and July Lovie “Ella”/O. Hollins.
