Zhan Beleniuk is a Ukrainian Greco-Roman wrestler and politician. A member of the Servant of the People party, he has been a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament, since 29 August, 2019. He is the first Ukrainian deputy of African descent. He won the gold medal in the Greco-Roman 87 kg at the 2020 Summer Olympics, the silver medal in the Greco-Roman 85 kg at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and a bronze medal in the Greco-Roman 87 kg at the 2024 Summer Olympics. He is a three-time European champion, a two-time world champion, and a European Games champion.

He was born in Kyiv, to a Ukrainian mother, Svitlana, and a Rwandan father, from the Hutu ethnic group, Vincent Ndagijimana, who was a pilot. His father died in Rwanda when he was ten.
